SF/Fantasy:
Ysabel by Guy Gavriel Kay - excellent, love his stuff
Helm by Steven Gould - read fantasy, but has scientific background like Pern, good, liked everything of his I've read.
The Android's Dream by John Scalzi - starts off with a chapter long murderous fart joke and gets even better from there as a gov't agent has to find a very special... sheep.
Already Dead by Charlie Huston - vampire noir, first in series(?), will be getting second
White Night by Jim Butcher - newest Dresden Files - good

Mystery/thrillers:
The Collectors by David Baldacci - okay
I Heard That Song Before by Mary Higgins Clark - blah entry by a usually solid author
No Safe Place by Jo Ann Ross - fun, forgettable thriller set in New orleans
Beautiful Lies by Lisa Unger - good debut, will be getting sequel
Heartstopper by Joy Fielding - solid entry by good author
The Watchman by Robert Crais - "
Storm Runners by T. Jefferson Parker - "
Void Moon by Michael Connolly - "
Spanish Dagger by Susan Wittig Albert - "
Nerve Damage by Peter Abrahams - "
Obsession by Jonathan Kellerman - "
Hunter's Moon by Randy Wayne White - "
Bad Luck and Trouble by Lee Child - "
Under Orders by Dick Francis - "
True Evil by Greg Iles - "
Step On a Crack by James Patterson & Michael Ledwidge - better than expected, but since I was expecting dreck, not saying too much. Readable, but skippable.
The Ugly Duckling by Iris Johansen - older novel, totally unbelievable, but a nice waste of time.

nonfiction:
Freakonomics by Steven D. Levitt & Stephen J. Dubner - interesting

teen novels:
What Happened to Cass McBride? by Gail Giles - mystery/thriller - very good!
Magic Or Madness by Justine Larbalestier - fantasy, first in trilogy/series - will be getting #2.

Chicklit/mystery/thriller/whatever:
Big Trouble by Marianna Jameson - fun story about a former hacker
Killer In High Heels by Gemma Halliday - fun, 2nd in series
Surviving Demon Island by Jaci Burton - skip it.
Night of the Living Deb by Susan McBride - fun, may go back and read previous books in the series
The Chick and the Dead by Casey Daniels - fun, 2nd in series

Top 3: Kay, Giles, Scalzi

Today, I found a shirt (http://acornonline.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_13426_A_name_E_I+Read+Banned+Books+Long%2DSleeved+Tee) that I thought would be perfect for you. If only, I could get your size...

But, oooo! They have a bracelet (http://acornonline.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_13056_A_name_E_I+Read+Banned+Books+Bracelet)!
