well, it's court day

The niece and I will be leaving around 9:30 am to head to the courthouse.

I really don't want to do this ::sigh:: I know cousin tried to cheat us and screw us over, but I'm feeling "can't we just cut him out of our lives and be done with it" and all. But I know that won't work since he's filed a suit against brother - I wonder if we'll get to do this all again in a few months ::sigh::

And, on an even more depressing note, I went and put flowers on my parents' gravesite.


Oh, well, niece wants the computer...
