1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Went to Maine.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yeah - it was 'take more naps with the kitty'. Same one.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? No.
4. Did anyone close to you die? Yes.
5. What countries did you visit? Depression.
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006? A life?
7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? Feb. 5, see #4.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? That I made it.
9. What was your biggest failure? Didn't lose weight.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Upper respiratory infection. Burned myself with boiling water.
11. What was the best thing you bought? New computer desk/flat screen monitor.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration? Friends who had happy events.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed? Most of the rest of the world.
14. Where did most of your money go? Books, restaurants, cat stuff.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Seeing friends.
16. What song will always remind you of 2006? Is there one about killing the cat that's driving you crazy?
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Sadder.
ii. thinner or fatter? Probably around the same.
iii. richer or poorer? Financially richer. Familially poorer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Had fun. Gone swimming. Killed people.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Ate. Cried.
20. How will you be spending Christmas and NYE? Christmas was at the beach with friends. NYE will probably be on the computer with friends.

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Hate? I try not to. But I'm less fond of my brother (and that's not saying much) and I have negative feelings about a cousin that I couldn't have identified this time last year.

26. What was your greatest musical discovery? Finding the station I loved when I lived in NC on the web.
27. What did you want and get? see #11. I just got the iPod today, so I'm withholding judgment.
