A parenthetical in the article says "it's unclear why the student was chosen" in regards to asking for ID.
That's a major point for me, but, still, tasering him 5 times? While he's in handcuffs? I'd even give them
the first one - maybe they truly were unsure of the student's intents. But it just seems that they weren't
giving him time to recover from one before zapping him again.
