sorry. He inherits the house and the land it's on, the tract his trailer is on and a tract between this piece and my great-aunt's land. I inherit the little tract where Uncle Jay's trailer is and my great-aunt's land. His part totals out around 6 acres, mine is around 12. But his part has dwellings. The larger part of mine doesn't and Uncle Jay owns his trailer. I don't think he could get it moved - after so long they won't issue you a permit to move a trailer and it's been here over 10 years.
One of the things I love about you is the ability to find humor.
One of my excellent qualities! ::preens::
Actually, it's either get on with my life or fall apart, and my falling apart would only make him happy. And I'll be damned if that happens.
He has a computer, but I don't know that he knows anything about LJ - he'd usually call and ask Mom to ask me to look stuff up. Or he'd have Michelle do it.
He and I have never been close. So I've never told him about it - not sure I even told Mom. Mostly just showed her cute animal pictures :)
*he* is a worthless fucking bastard. :( And that's mild to what I really think of him.

Have you ever considered moving to GA? I happen to know of a beautiful house in the mountains that has a room for rent. If you don't mind sharing a space with my oldest niece. Cats are fine. :)
I'm actually contemplating a move or something. Ith and Nin were trying to get me to go out to St. George UT, where Ith's family is - they may be moving there in the next few months. I'm thinking I could go look anyway.
I spent some time talking to Margie tonight and we started working on a plan :) - which even if none of it happens, it at least made me feel better.
I'll also be calling the disability lawyer and the probate lawyer - and my doctor to talk about possibly adjusting my anti-depressants to make sure I'm functioning at my best.
I don't know much about LaGrange, but I can learn.
Dogs are more than okay. My sister has a dog and three cats. My niece lives in a really nice basement apartment of the house and it has two bedrooms and a shared living room and kitchen.
Looks like you have lots of places to choose from. :)
Well, this happened this evening - I've got to go W-S tomorrow, so I'll probably contact him Friday or early next week. But I'm working up a plan of action. Which is making me feel better :)

I don't think we'll swapping - but I might be selling - I'm not sure I'd want to live near him even if this did blow over.

I don't blame you for not wanting to live near him, I wouldn't either and I've only heard a little of it.
(btw- he doesn't know about this journal does he?)

I was just curious, I had visions of him reading this and knowing what you were saying about him...
