Had to go down to Columbia to see my doc for a checkup.

Was a *great* drive down. Sun shining, windows rolled down, music turned up, zoooooooming along.

I needed that :) I had thought about it the other day - just getting in the car and driving up the interstate for a bit, but decided to be responsible and save gas. Next time I think about it, screw responsibility! Joyride!

Sigh. I know what you mean. We're having a 'wintry mix' today and if I weren't concerned about our being short-staffed at work, I'd have called in sick.
