(no subject)

DSL filter crapped out - when everything's plugged into it, all I get is static on the line and no connection. Remove the filter and I get phone service just fine, but the computer line(being taped to the floor so no one will trip over it :) ) won't reach the jack. I called and they put in an order to ship me a couple of new filters - which could take 2-3 business days to get here. If I'm lucky, I'll have DSL by tomorrow night. If life continues as usual, it'll be late next year :)

Using library computers right now. Is possible I'll come back sometime on the weekend. Is entirely possible that my net addiction will have me library-ing every day :)

Man, I just got caught up. Sucksucksuck.
