The funeral went okay, especially since the two cousins who weren't wanted weren't there :)

Niece and I had a nice drive. When the guy cousin saw me in the church, he laughed and said "You don't take direction well, do you?" Why, no, no, I don't. :)

We went to the cemetery and back to the house after and had lunch and visited. I hate the reason for the visit, but I really enjoyed seeing everyone. We left La Grange around 130 pm, so that we would be sure to be through Atlanta early. We hit traffic more in SC - and a horrible rain storm that had visibility way down. But we, and the melty car, survived fine :)

And the melty car is at the shop and I'm driving a silver Dodge Caliber - SUV kind of thing, but very nice.

And today's therapy session was at the office instead of the church - I got there before the therapist and went up the stairs to wait. She said it didn't count because she wasn't there :) Inside the office, she gave me a neon green lei to celebrate.

So, you know, except for the death and the fire, it was a nice few days {wwwweg}
