We grimaced at the unmistakeable odor of corruption carried by the evening wind. Our capes snapped and billowed as you lowered your field binoculars from your mask.

"Zombies, in case you couldn't tell by the smell," you said, clipping your eyepiece to your utility belt. "This is gonna be messy."

I slid my sword from its scabbard. "Dangit, and I just got my suit back from the cleaners this morning."
