First time a beagle has won best in show at Westminster.

Lovely dog. The Aussie shepherd was my second choice :)
Then the Akita and the Weimaraner (sp?) and the Sealyham(sp?)
I just wish the poodle cuts weren't so ridiculous looking - I just
can't get past those poofs :)

Ditto on the Poodles. Poor things. Other dogs probably laugh at them behind their backs. I get the "functional" reasons for the clipping, but it looks ridiculous. Poor dogs probably only win because the judges feel sorry for them.
