teh draaaaaaaama is rescheduled - redux

Brother realized he'd never gotten a letter from the court confirming the Thursday date, so he called to check and the case has gotten bumped up to circuit court. So no hearing Thursday and now we wait until we get a date for that ::sigh::

And doctor believes niece has migraines. She's been having bad headaches on and off for a while, so they finally took her to doctors and she saw a specialist today. Brother's got to get her prescription filled tomorrow.

We're also having drama over niece wanting a guinea pig :) Brother says no, niece says yes. Otterevil says nothing...

Well, I actually told her that while I'd support her on many things that brother doesn't like, anything involving a living creature wasn't one of them.

There is a savings bond I found that's in Dad's name, payable on death to Mom, for $500. But brother absolutely vetoes the guinea pig. And I don't really blame him honestly. So he's going to get the bond cashed in for me and I'm going to use the money to take niece to the beach :) Just the two of us.
