weekend update
May. 24th, 2010 11:49 amSold some furniture and now have a much more spacious main room :) Plus cash!
Spent several hours on Saturday at one of the sane cousins house [g]. Took over several photo albums and got Cousin Libby to help me identify a bunch of people from Dad's side of the family. I want to scan all the photos in and redo the albums, before they fall apart - a couple of the albums are huge and unwieldy, plus many pictures were taped in and are falling out, and some of the pictures are fading.
But it was a lot of fun just sitting around and talking with Libby and her daughter Stacey. I also gave Stacey's daughter, who had a baby girl on the same day as AC's funeral, the baby blanket I had knitted. Man, it's nice to know the whole family isn't whacko!
Now I need to hit up someone from Mom's side to try to identify all those people!
