teh draaaaaaaama is rescheduled

for Thursday at 2pm. Brother is apparently torn between hoping cousin doesn't show again, which would piss the judge off more :) or having him show so we can get this over with.

Cousin must prove the merits of his case for it to go any further - which means up to a higher court at a later date. If judge finds against him, brother's case will be heard right then.

Brother will pick niece up at school and bring her to me, so we can ride in together, while he goes around and picks up his witnesses et al.
