January books and life as usual.

Life is, as usual, dull - not that that's a bad thing :) I got paper telling me that yes, indeed, I inherited land from Mom and it's now mine. Brother is still working on his lawyer to get stuff set up for property exchange. And I'm collecting all the tax documents for both Mom and myself.
