I still had a bill from the doctor for putting in the filter that was $2100 - which in the notes said my insurance wasn't in effect on that date. I'm finally getting around to calling the insurance company and take a good look at the bill.
Hmmm, that first thing for 11/24/08 was paid. Wonder why the 11/25/06 thin...

Yes, a balance of $25 is much better thanks.
They'll be sending me a new bill after they resubmit the old one with the correct date on it.
